Overview
The Gator Advertising Information Network (GAIN)
deliver advertisement to end users using adware developed by The Gator
Corporation. The ads include the GAIN name or logo, so you'll know they're
delivered by the Gator Corporation, not by a website.
There are a variety of applications that are GAIN ad-supported, some published
by The Gator Corporation (Gator eWallet, Precision Time, Date Manager, and
OfferCompanion), and some third party applications published by the GAIN
partners, such as DivX Pro, Kazaa, Blubster and iMesh. If you contact the
Technical Support department at
support@gatorcorporation.com they should be able to assist you with the
GAIN-supported applications on your computer.
GAIN is sometimes installed by the Trickler stub. Trickler is hidden in the
background and downloads the GAIN adware very slowly.
The Gator Corporation has changed its name to Claria Corporation.
